Peter Andreas Grünberg was a German physicist, and Nobel Prize in Physics laureate for his discovery with Albert Fert of giant magnetoresistance which brought about a breakthrough in gigabyte hard disk drives.
Ruud Lubbers
Rudolphus Franciscus Marie "Ruud" Lubbers was a Dutch politician and diplomat of the Catholic People's Party (KVP) that merged to become the Christian Democratic Appeal (CDA) party and businessman who served as Prime Minister of the Netherlands from 4 November 1982 to 22 August 1994, and as United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees from 1 January 2001 until 20 February 2005.

Helmut Oswald Maucher was a German businessman. He served as the CEO of Nestlé from June 1990 to June 1997. He joined the company at a young age, completing an apprenticeship at the Nestlé SA factory in Eisenharz, Germany just after finishing high school. He served as honorary chairman of Nestlé SA, Vevey, Switzerland, having been elected to that position by the board after relinquishing its chairmanship in May 2000.

Sheikha Fariha Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah was a Kuwaiti royal, one of the daughters of the tenth ruler of Kuwait, Sheikh Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. She was born in the Dasman Palace on 15 February 1944. She undertook several charitable activities, heading the "Kuwait Association for the Ideal Family", which created the "Ideal Mother Competition" in 2004 and worked to protect the youth and the disabled. Frayha also encouraged and supported politics that empowered Kuwaiti women.

Carl Gregor Herzog zu Mecklenburg was a German historian of music and art. He served as director of the Museum of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Rottenburg-Stuttgart for a period of 18 years, and was noted for his books on music and art. He was a member of the former Mecklenburg ducal family.
