David William Huddleston was an American actor. An Emmy Award nominee, Huddleston had a prolific television career, and appeared in many films including Blazing Saddles, Crime Busters, Santa Claus: The Movie, and The Big Lebowski.

William Joseph Schallert was an American character actor who appeared in dozens of television shows and films over a career that spanned more than 60 years.

Francis Kelly was an Irish actor, singer and writer, whose career covered television, radio, theatre, music, screenwriting and film. He is best known for playing Father Jack Hackett in the Channel 4 sitcom Father Ted.

Greta Zimmer Friedman was an Austrian-born American who was photographed being grabbed and kissed by Navy sailor, George Mendonsa (1923–2019) in the iconic V-J Day in Times Square photograph of 1945 by Life magazine photographer Alfred Eisenstaedt. For decades the photograph was misattributed in popular culture as being that of a nurse, however, Friedman was wearing a white uniform because she was a dental assistant.

Mangalampalli Balamuralikrishna was an Indian Carnatic vocalist, musician, multi-instrumentalist, playback singer, composer, and character actor. He was awarded the Madras Music Academy's Sangeetha Kalanidhi in 1978. He has garnered two National Film Awards, the Sangeet Natak Akademi Award in 1975, the Padma Vibhushan, India's second-highest civilian honor in 1991, for his contribution towards arts, the Mahatma Gandhi Silver Medal from UNESCO in 1995, the Chevalier of the Ordre des Arts et des Lettres by the French Government in 2005, the Sangeetha Kalanidhi by Madras Music Academy, and the Sangeetha Kalasikhamani in 1991, by the Fine Arts Society, Chennai to name a few.

Mufti Mohammad Sayeed was a politician from the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir. He served twice as the Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir, from November 2002 to November 2005 and again from March 2015 to January 2016. He was also Minister of Tourism in rajiv gandhi's cabinet. He was also Home Minister of India from December 1989 to November 1990. He founded the Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Democratic Party in July 1999 to "persuade the Government of India to initiate an unconditional dialogue with Kashmiris for resolution of the Kashmir problem."

Richard George Adams was an English novelist and writer of the books Watership Down, Shardik and The Plague Dogs. He studied modern history at university before serving in the British Army during World War II. Afterwards, he completed his studies, and then joined the British Civil Service. In 1974, two years after Watership Down was published, Adams became a full-time author.

Lonnie McIntosh, known as Lonnie Mack, was an American singer-guitarist. He was a pioneer of blues-rock music and rock guitar melodic soloing.

Qiao Renliang, also known as Kimi Qiao, was a Chinese singer and actor. He took part in the second season of My Hero (加油好男儿) and finished the competition as the runner-up for that season in 2007, and released his first EP in 2008. On September 16, 2016, Qiao was found dead in his Shanghai apartment, after investigation, the police and his company confirmed that the case was a suicide because of depression. He was 28 years old that year.

Holly Suzette Dunn was an American country music singer and songwriter. Dunn recorded for MTM Records between 1985 and 1988, Warner Bros. Records between 1988 and 1993, and River North Records between 1995 and 1997. She released 10 albums and charted 19 singles, plus two duets on the Hot Country Songs charts. Two of her single releases, "Are You Ever Gonna Love Me" and "You Really Had Me Going", went to No. 1 on that chart. Other songs for which she is known include "Daddy's Hands" and "Maybe I Mean Yes". Dunn's brother, Chris Waters, is a songwriter and record producer, having worked with both his sister and other artists in these capacities. Dunn retired from music in 2003, and died of ovarian cancer in 2016.
