Kasturiranga Santhanam, also known as Kumitithadal Santhanam, was an Indian politician. He was a conservative Iyengar from Tamil Nadu and acquired the appellation 'Pandit' for his erudition.

Hans Peters was an English art director. He was nominated for five Academy Awards in the category Best Art Direction. In 1944 he joined Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer and in 1959, he became assistant to George Davis, the studio's new supervising art director.

Mustapha Choukri also spelled Mustafa Choukri nicknamed Pitchou is a Moroccan football midfielder who played for Morocco in the 1970 FIFA World Cup. He also played for Raja CA Casablanca.

Âşık Ali İzzet Özkan (1902-1981) was a Turkish ashik and poet. A native of Şarkışla, Özkan became an ashik at a young age, and went to Adana at the age of 22 to compete with other ashiks from Çukurova. Özkan wandered throughout Turkey for many years and composer numerous original poems. He also participated in the festival of Turkish ashiks held in Konya.

Hikmet Bayur was a Turkish politician. He was born in Istanbul. He was the grandson of Kâmil Pasha, one of the Grand Viziers of the Ottoman Empire.
