Otto G. Krueger was a North Dakota politician who served as the North Dakota State Treasurer and the North Dakota Insurance Commissioner at different periods during the 1940s. He later served as a U.S. Representative from his state in the 1950s.

Huseyn Shaheed Suhrawardy was a major statesman in Pakistan during the 20th-century. Born in Bengal to a prominent Sufi family, Suhrawardy was an Oxford-trained lawyer who served as the third and last Prime Minister of Bengal until the Partition of India; and later in the 1950s as the fifth Prime Minister of Pakistan.

Antti Oskari Tokoi, known by his middle name, (1873–1963) was a Finnish socialist who served as a leader of the Social Democratic Party of Finland. During the short-lived Revolution of 1918, Tokoi participated as a leading figure in the revolutionary government. Tokoi later emigrated to the United States of America, where he served as the long-time editor of Raivaaja, the newspaper of the Finnish Socialist Federation.

Patrick John Little was an Irish Fianna Fáil politician. A founder-member of the party, he served in a number of cabinet positions, most notably as the country's longest-serving Minister for Posts and Telegraphs.

Kurt Blumenfeld was a German-born Zionist from Marggrabowa, East Prussia. He was the secretary general of the World Zionist Organization from 1911 to 1914. He died in Jerusalem.
