Jules Flandrin
Jules Flandrin (1871–1947) was a French painter, printer and draughtsman. He was a pupil of Gustave Moreau. He was a contemporary of Henri Matisse, Georges Rouault, Albert Marquet, Henri Evenepoel and Léon Printemps. He became somewhat famous for being fairly conformist early in his career but later in life he made more emotional and less widely known art. His experiences during World War I shaped the rest of his life and artistic career. He was awarded the Légion d'honneur in 1912.
Boris Fedtschenko
Boris Alexeevich Fedtschenko was a Russian plant pathologist and botanist. He is primarily known for his work on various regions of Russia, especially the Caucasus, Siberia and Asiatic Russia. He was also head botanist at the Saint Petersburg Botanical Garden.
Fiorello H. La Guardia
Fiorello Henry La Guardia was an American politician. He is best known for being the 99th Mayor of New York City for three terms from 1934 to 1945 as a pro-New Deal liberal progressive Republican. Previously he had been elected to Congress in 1916 and 1918, and again from 1922 through 1930. Irascible, energetic, and charismatic, he craved publicity and is acclaimed as one of the greatest mayors in American history. Only five feet, two inches tall, he was called "the Little Flower".

Prince Chitcharoen, the Prince Narisara Nuwattiwong, Prince Naris for short, né Chitcharoen (จิตรเจริญ), was a member of the royal family of Siam, minister, general and scholar. A polymath, he became known as "the great craftsman of Siam" and "the prince master". The anniversary of his birth, 28 April, is celebrated in Thailand as "Prince Naris Day".
