Sybil Christopher formerly known as Sybil Burton was a Welsh actress, theatre director, and founder of popular celebrity New York nightclub "Arthur". She first came into the public eye as the first wife of Richard Burton.

Daniel Stewart Thomas Bingham Dixon, 2nd Baron Glentoran, KBE was a Northern Ireland soldier and politician.

Blake Raymond Pelly, was an Australian air force officer, politician and businessman, who represented the Liberal Party in New South Wales Parliament.

Vladimir Vladimirovich Kunin was a Russian writer, playwright and screenwriter. Kunin was a member of the Union of Cinematographers of the Russian Federation, the Russian Union of Writers as well as an honorary member of the International association of writers and publicists.

Takako Irie was a Japanese film actress. Born in Tokyo into the aristocratic Higashibōjō family, she graduated from Bunka Gakuin before debuting as an actress at Nikkatsu in 1927. She became a major star, even starting her own production company, Irie Productions, in 1932. One of Kenji Mizoguchi's silent film masterpieces, The Water Magician, was produced at that company with Irie starring. She appeared in many advertisements, as well as on fans and other commercial goods. Irie was also the subject of a folding screen painting by Nihonga artist Nakamura Daizaburō, which appeared in the 1930 Teiten, and which is today in the collection of the Honolulu Museum of Art; toy dolls were also produced based on this image.

Hector Seymour Peter Monro, Baron Monro of Langholm, AE, PC, was a Scottish Conservative and Unionist Party politician. He was Member of Parliament for Dumfriesshire for over 32 years, from 1964 to 1997, and then a life peer in the House of Lords.
