He became the first Hong Kong singer to sing at the CCTV New Year's Gala, China's most-watched TV event, when he performed his song "My Chinese Heart" at the 1984 event. The song made him an instant superstar nationally.

Fredrik Skavlan is a Norwegian TV host, journalist, and cartoonist. He hosted the talk show Først & sist from 1998 to 2007, for which he won the 1999 Norwegian Television Award for best host as well as the talk show Skavlan since 2009, for which he won the Swedish Television Award for Best Television Host. Skavlan originally worked as a journalist and cartoonist for several Norwegian newspapers, including Morgenbladet and Dagbladet.

Steven Maxwell Porcaro is an American keyboardist, singer and songwriter known as one of the founding members of the rock band Toto and the last surviving Porcaro brother, the songwriter of "Human Nature" by Michael Jackson, songs by Toto, and as the composer of the TV series Justified. He has won three Grammys, including Record of the Year for Rosanna and Album of the Year for Toto IV, and three nominations.
