Satish C. Sharma is an Indian politician. He now represents the Indian National Congress party, and is a former member of the Union Cabinet in the Government of India. Sharma's political career has been boosted by his closeness to both Rajiv Gandhi, and after his assassination, his wife and the de facto political power center of the Congress party, Sonia Gandhi. Manuel Costa was a Spanish professional road racing cyclist. He held the red leader's jersey for twelve days during the 1946 Vuelta a España, ultimately finishing in fourth place.
