Mizuno Tadamasa was a samurai lord of the Mizuno clan of feudal Japan. He ruled Kariya Castle. He's father of Odai no Kata, the mother of shōgun Tokugawa Ieyasu. He's also the father of Mizuno Nobumoto and Mizuno Tadashige.

Pietro Igneo was an Italian Roman Catholic Benedictine monk from the Vallombrosians branch. He also served as a cardinal and was named as the Cardinal-Bishop of Albano. He is often referred to as a member of the Aldobrandini house but this familiar denomination is not attested in sources as a fact.

Gustavus Charles Philip Murray was a British obstetrician who may have been the inspiration for Luke Fildes' 1891 painting The Doctor. His work in the examination of pregnant women was recognised by Adolphe Pinard in 1889 but ignored in England. He was popular with his patients and had a thriving practice with many professional appointments but as a result wrote little. He died at the age of 56 years from heart failure.
