P. Ramlee
Tan Sri Teuku Zakaria Bin Teuku Nyak Puteh, better known by his stage name P. Ramlee, was a Malaysian actor, filmmaker, musician, and composer. Due to his contributions to the film and music industry and his literary work, which began with his acting debut in Singapore in 1948, to the height of his career and then later moving to Malaysia in 1964 to his decline and death, he is regarded as a prominent icon of Malay entertainment. His fame has reached as far as Brunei, Sumatra, Indonesia, as well as in Hong Kong and Japan.

Zuzanna Ginczanka, pen name of Zuzanna Polina Gincburg was a Polish-Jewish poet of the interwar period. Although she published only a single collection of poetry in her lifetime, the book O centaurach created a sensation in Poland's literary circles. She was arrested and executed in Kraków shortly before the end of World War II.

Guy Louis Gabaldon was a United States Marine who, at age 18, captured or persuaded to surrender over 1,300 Japanese soldiers and civilians during the battles for Saipan and Tinian islands in 1944 during World War II. Though Gabaldon was recommended for the Medal of Honor, he received the Silver Star, which was upgraded by the Marine Corps to the Navy Cross in 1960.
