Sir James Cochran Stevenson Runciman, known as Steven Runciman, was an English historian best known for his three-volume A History of the Crusades (1951–54).

Pang Wei is a Chinese Olympic sports shooter. In 2008, he became the first Chinese person to win an Olympic gold medal in shooting. He won a gold medal in the 10 metre air pistol at the 2008 Summer Olympics and a bronze medal in the same event at the 2016 Summer Olympics. He also won the 2006 ISSF World Shooting Championships in the same event, at the age of 20.

Glenys Elizabeth Kinnock, Baroness Kinnock of Holyhead, is a British politician and former teacher who served as Minister of State for Europe from June to October 2009 and Minister of State for Africa and the United Nations from 2009 to 2010. A member of the Labour Party, she was previously a Member of the European Parliament (MEP) for Wales, formerly South Wales East, from 1994 to 2009.

Armando Guerrero Llanes, better known as Mando Guerrero, is a retired Mexican American professional wrestler. He also was the trainer for the Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling, an all-female professional wrestling promotion. He is a member of the Guerrero family.

Gérard Pierre Louis François Armand Lecointe was a French général de corps d'armée. He served in World War II and the Cold War and saw colonial service in French North Africa. He was the last commander of French forces in Algeria, and completed his career as commander-in-chief of the French Forces in Germany.

Anton Karas was an Austrian zither player and composer, best known for his internationally famous 1948 soundtrack to Carol Reed's The Third Man. His association with the film came about as a result of a chance meeting with its director. The success of the film and the enduring popularity of its theme song changed Karas' life.
