Cady Noland is a postmodern conceptual sculptor and an internationally exhibited installation artist, whose work deals with the failed promise of the American Dream and the divide between fame and anonymity, among other themes. Her work has been exhibited in museums and expositions including the Whitney Biennial in 1991 and Documenta 9 in Kassel, Germany. She attended Sarah Lawrence College and is the daughter of the Color Field painter Kenneth Noland (1924–2010).

Leo Nowak was the first bishop of the newly re-erected Roman Catholic Diocese of Magdeburg, Germany, from 1994 until 2001. He was born in Magdeburg.

Francisco Luzón López was a Spanish banker and economist. He assisted in transforming Spanish and Latin American banking over the last thirty years, leading banks such as Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria and Banco Santander. Luzón was diagnosed with ALS in October 2013 and created the Fundación Francisco Luzón to fund ALS research.
