Jean Dalibard is a French physicist, Professor at the École Polytechnique, member of the French Academy of Sciences and a researcher at the École Normale Supérieure. In 2009, Dalibard received the Blaise Pascal medal of the European Academy of Sciences for "his outstanding and influential works in atomic physics and quantum optics". In 2012, he received the Max Born Award and Davisson–Germer Prize. He was elected an international member of the American Philosophical Society in 2018. In 2020, he was honoured to be an international member of the National Academy of Sciences.

Jordan Norberto Vallenilla is a Dominican former professional baseball pitcher. He previously played in Major League Baseball for the Arizona Diamondbacks and Oakland Athletics, and in the Nippon Professional Baseball League for the Chunichi Dragons and Tokyo Yakult Swallows.

Irek Envarovich Faizullin, is a Russian statesman and politician who is currently the Minister for Construction and Housing since 10 November 2020. He was deputy minister for construction and housing from 22 January 2020 until 9 November, when Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin nominated Faizullin's candidacy for the post of Minister of Construction & Housing. He was approved by the State Duma and confirmed the post on 10 November.

Billy Kipkorir Chemirmir is a Kenyan man accused of the murders of at least 18 elderly women in Dallas, Texas and its surrounding suburbs. In total, Chemirmir has been indicted for 18 murders and more are suspected. Civil suits have also been filed accusing him of a further six similar murders.
