Ko Un is a South Korean poet whose works have been translated and published in more than fifteen countries. He had been imprisoned many times due to his role in the campaign for Korean democracy and was later mentioned in Korea as one of the front runners for the Nobel Prize in Literature.

Daria Timoshenko is a former competitive figure skater. She is the 1999 World Junior champion for Russia. Timoshenko represented Russia until 2000 and then began competing for Azerbaijan. When her coach, Igor Rusakov, died of cancer in July 2003, she was then coached by Marina Selitskaia.

Otomo Yoshihide is a Japanese composer and multi-instrumentalist. He plays guitar, turntables, and electronics.
