Emma Karlsson is a retired Swedish badminton player. She won gold at the 2017 European Junior Championships in the girls' doubles event with her partner, Johanna Magnusson. Karlsson won her first senior international title at the 2018 Swedish Open, and at the 2019 Norwegian International she claimed two titles in the women's and mixed doubles events.

Susanne Ljungskog is a Swedish cyclist. A four-time Olympian, she won the world road race championship in 2002 and 2003. The same years, she was UCI points champion. She has also won two World Cup races.

Fredrik Carl Wilhelm Kessiakoff is a Swedish former professional road bicycle racer. Kessiakoff turned to road racing in 2009, having had a successful career as a professional mountain biker for many years, winning the Swedish national championship 4 times, and finishing third at the 2006 World Mountain biking championships. He twice represented Sweden at the Olympics. Kessiakoff retired in 2014.

Irma Elina Johansson is a Swedish former cross-country skier. She competed at the 1956 and 1960 Olympics in the 3 × 5 km relay and 10 km events and won two medals in the relay, with a gold in 1960 and a bronze in 1956. Individually she finished in 7–8th place.

Elisabeth Gunilla Andreassen, also known as just Bettan, is a Norwegian-Swedish singer who has finished both first and second in the Eurovision Song Contest.

Mika Kristian Karppinen, better known as Gas Lipstick, is a Swedish-Finnish musician, best known as the previous drummer of the Finnish gothic rock band HIM. Karppinen is also a drummer for other bands currently on hiatus, such as Finnish deathgrind group To Separate the Flesh from the Bones, Finnish heavy metal group Bendover, Finnish punk group Valvontakomissio and International Finnish / Swedish punk group Ääritila.

Dark Tranquillity is a Swedish melodic death metal band from Gothenburg. They are considered one of the pioneering acts of the Gothenburg metal scene, which also includes bands such as In Flames and At the Gates. Dark Tranquillity is regarded as the Gothenburg fathers in the film entitled Out of Nothing: A DT Documentary released by Century Media, which was filmed in their home town in April 2009.

Allan Corduner is a British actor born in Stockholm to a German mother and a Russo-Finnish father. He grew up in a secular Jewish home in London. After earning a BA (Hons) in English and Drama at Bristol University he trained at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School. He has worked extensively on stage, TV, and film, both in the UK and in the United States. His voice is familiar from many BBC radio plays, audio books and TV documentaries.
