List of Famous people born in Spain

José Antonio Garrido Lima is a Spanish professional road bicycle racer and guitar player. He currently rides for the UCI ProTour team Quick Step-Innergetic. Since turning professional in 1999, Garrido has achieved several top ten placings in Spanish stage races, including a fourth place, and wins in the combination competition and of stage 2, in the 2003 Clásica de Alcobendas. He recently joined the Portuguese LA MSS - Póvoa do Varzim. He was also the rhythm guitarist of Spanish band Dark Moor during their self-titled album.

Mikel Artetxe Guezuraga is a Spanish former professional road bicycle racer, who rode professionally between 1999 and 2007 for the Euskaltel–Euskadi, 3 Molinos Resort and Fuerteventura–Canarias teams.

Julián Herranz Casado is a Spanish Cardinal of the Catholic Church. He served as president of the Pontifical Council for the Interpretation of Legislative Texts in the Roman Curia from 1994 to 2007, and was elevated to the cardinalate in 2003.

Jorge de Juan García is a Spanish film and theatre actor, producer and director, known artistically as Jorge de Juan. In 2016 he founded the Spanish Theatre Company (STC) which is the first charity in the history of the British theatre dedicated to the production of both Spanish and Latin-American plays at the Cervantes Theatre of London. This theater was created as well by Jorge de Juan as the home of the Spanish Theatre Company.
