Michael Carter is a Scottish actor of film, stage and television, known for portraying Gerald Bringsley in An American Werewolf in London, Von Thurnburg in The Illusionist and Bib Fortuna in the third instalment of the original Star Wars trilogy, Return of the Jedi.

Alexander Allardyce (1743–1801) was a member of the Parliament of Great Britain and later the British Parliament for the Aberdeen Burghs from 18 May 1792 to 1 November 1801. He came from an old Kincardineshire family.

Ivor Cutler was a Scottish poet, singer, musician, songwriter, artist and humorist. He became known for his regular performances on BBC radio, and in particular his numerous sessions recorded for John Peel's influential eponymous late night radio programme, and later for Andy Kershaw's programme. He appeared in the Beatles' Magical Mystery Tour film in 1967 and on Neil Innes' television programmes. Cutler also wrote books for children and adults and was a teacher at A. S. Neill's Summerhill School and for 30 years in inner-city schools in London. He told Andy Kershaw on his radio show that he also gave private poetry lessons to individuals.

Edward Ian MacNaughton was a Scottish actor-turned-television producer and director, best known for his work with the Monty Python team. MacNaughton was director and producer for all but four of the forty five episodes of Monty Python's Flying Circus from 1969 to 1974, director of the group's first feature film And Now for Something Completely Different in 1971 and director of their two German episodes, Monty Python's Fliegender Zirkus in 1971 and 1972. In 1973 the production team shared the BAFTA Award for Best Light Entertainment Programme for Monty Python's Flying Circus.

Adam Hall is a Scottish badminton player. He was the bronze medalist at the 2015 European Junior Championships in the boys' doubles event with his partner Alexander Dunn. He competed at the 2018 Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast.
