Cheng Weigao was a Chinese politician, best known for his term as the Communist Party Secretary of Hebei province between 1993 and 1998. In his late career, Cheng was expelled from the Communist Party of China in 2003 after a corruption investigation. He was demoted, but not charged.

Xu Lili is a Chinese judoka from Binzhou, Shandong who made it to the finals in the 2012 Summer Olympics in the category Women's 63 kg, winning a silver medal. She is the younger sister of Xu Yuhua, also a judoka.
