Empress Chengxiaozhao
Empress Zhang, formal name Empress Chengxiaozhao, was a Chinese Empress consort of the Ming Dynasty, married to the fourth Ming ruler, the Hongxi Emperor. He only ruled for one year, so she then served as Empress Dowager after the accession of her son the Xuande Emperor. She later served as the Regent of China during the minority of the reign of her grandson, Emperor Yingzong of Ming, from 1435 until 1442.
Chen Yinque
Chen Yinke, or Chen Yinque, was a Chinese historian, linguist, orientalist, politician, and writer. He was a fellow of Academia Sinica, considered one of the most original and creative historians in 20th century China. His representative works are Draft essays on the origins of Sui and Tang institutions (隋唐制度淵源略論稿), Draft outline of Tang political history (唐代政治史述論稿), and An Alternative Biography of Liu Rushi (柳如是別傳).
Gu Kailai
Gu Kailai is a Chinese former lawyer and businesswoman. She is the second wife of former Politburo member Bo Xilai, one of China's most influential politicians until he was stripped of his offices in 2012. In August 2012, Gu was convicted of murdering British businessman Neil Heywood and was given a suspended death sentence, later commuted to life imprisonment.

Lin Qiaozhi
Lin Qiaozhi or Kha-Ti Lim was a Chinese obstetrician and gynecologist at the Peking Union Medical College Hospital. She conducted research in the fields of fetal breathing, female pelvic diseases, gynecologic oncology and neonatal hemolytic disorders. She revolutionized modern Chinese gynecology and oncology. As an obstetrician, she delivered over 50,000 babies in her career. She never married or had children of her own, but always wrote "Lin Qiaozhi's Baby" on the newborns' name tags. She died in Beijing on April 23, 1983.
