Joseph Meister
Joseph Meister was the first person to be inoculated against rabies by Louis Pasteur, and the first person to be successfully treated for the infection.
William Abitbol
William Abitbol was a French politician and, in later life, a restaurateur. His father was a Tunisian Jew. He was a member of the far-right militant group "Occident" as a young man. He started his career as an advisor to Charles Pasqua. He served as a member of the European Parliament from 1999 to 2004. He was a member of the Rally for France. As of 2009, he was the owner of Chez Alfred, a French restaurant in Paris. He died of cancer on 22 December 2016 and he was buried at the Montparnasse Cemetery.

André Utter
André Utter was a French painter. He was in the 18th arrondissement of Paris to parents of Alsatian origin. He is best known for having been the second husband and manager of French painter Suzanne Valadon and the father-in-law of her son, Maurice Utrillo. The trio have also been called the trinité maudite due to their atmosphere of quarrels, reconciliations and alcoholism.
Henri Biva
Henri Biva was a French artist, known for his landscape paintings and still lifes. He focused primarily on the western suburbs of Paris, painting outdoors in the plein-air tradition; his style ranging between Post-Impressionism and Realism with a strong Naturalist component. Biva's pictures are characterized by intricate strokes and a pure palette bathed with warm natural light. The artist was a member of the Société des Artistes Français and a Knight of the Legion of Honour.

Philippe Khorsand was a French actor. His father was Iranian and his mother was French. He first appeared in a number of small roles in the 1970s. One of his most memorable roles as husband and father in Tableau d'honneur (1992).
