Sükhbaataryn Batbold is a Mongolian politician who was Prime Minister of Mongolia from 2009 to 2012, as well as Chairman of the Mongolian People's Party. He was previously Minister of Foreign Affairs in the government of his predecessor, Sanjaagiin Bayar.

Zandaakhüügiin Enkhbold was the chairman or speaker of the State Great Khural from 2012 to 2016. He spent his childhood in Selenge Province. He was educated at Ural State University in Russia as an electrical engineer with a concentration on automation and telemetry from 1984 to 1989. Later, he earned a diploma of law from the National University of Mongolia in 1996 and graduated with an IMBA from the University of Denver in 2004.
Rostislav Vargashkin
Rostislav Yevgenyevich Vargashkin is a retired Russian cyclist who competed at the 1956 and 1960 Summer Olympics. In 1956 he finished last in the 2000 m tandem sprint, due to a crash during a repechage round, whereas in 1960 he won a bronze medal in the 1000 m track time trial. He set five world records: in the 200 m time trial from a flying start and in the 1000 m time trial, from a standing start and from a flying start.

He worked as the First Deputy Prime Minister of Mongolia in the coalition government of the Mongolian People's Party and Democratic Party of Mongolia in 2008–2012. Previously, he served as the Minister of Agriculture and Industry in 1996–2000 and the Minister of Finance in 2004–2006. He served as senior advisor to the President of Mongolia, Khaltmaagiin Battulga, from 2017 until his resignation in early 2019.
