Adela Amalia Noriega Méndez, better known as Adela Noriega, is a retired Mexican actress. Noriega came to prominence as a teenager, starring in teen-oriented coming-of-age telenovelas in the late 1980s.

Vanessa Guzmán Niebla, is a Mexican actress and model. She was Nuestra Belleza México in 1995, and represented her country in the 1996 Miss Universe pageant.

Idalia Ramos Rangel is a Mexican business owner and suspected drug lord. According to the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), she is a high-ranking member of the Gulf Cartel, a criminal group based in Tamaulipas, Mexico. In the cartel, Ramos Rangel is known by her aliases Big Momma and La Tía. She has reportedly been responsible for coordinating international drug trafficking shipments from Mexico to the United States since the mid-1980s. Her role in organized crime is unusual, as a woman active in the male-dominated Mexican drug trafficking industry over several decades.

Naasón Merarí Joaquín García is a Mexican religious leader who is the third leader of the La Luz del Mundo church, succeeding his father, Samuel Joaquín Flores, in December 2014.

Angélica Fuentes Téllez is a Mexican business executive and was shareholder of Grupo Omnilife-Angelissima-Chivas, a multinational corporation based in Mexico composed of nutrition supplements company Omnilife, beauty and cosmetics brand Angelíssima, and the Mexican soccer team, C.D. Guadalajara, more commonly known as Chivas. She founded Angelíssima in 2010, followed by the Angélica Fuentes Foundation in 2014, dedicated to promoting women's empowerment and achievement of gender equality in Latin America. She has consistently ranked among Forbes Mexico's Most Powerful Women, ranking 5th on the list of Forbes Mexico's Most Powerful Women in 2014. Angélica Fuentes sums up her philosophy on women's empowerment as follows: “Work within yourself, exceed your limits, elevate your goals, and surpass yourself.”

César Horacio Duarte Jáquez is a Mexican politician, a member of the Institutional Revolutionary Party, who has twice been a federal deputy. He was President of the Chamber of Deputies of Mexico from 2008 to 2009, while representing Chihuahua's ninth district, and he served as Governor of Chihuahua for the period 2010 to 2016. César Duarte is currently under investigation for corruption and an arrest warrant against him and other close members of his government was issued on March 27, 2017. According to the Financial Times in 2018, he was "believed to be in Texas." He was arrested in Miami in July 2020.

Humberto Moreira Valdés is a Mexican politician who served as President of the  PRI. He was Governor of the State of Coahuila from 2005 to 2011.
