Vice-Senior General Soe Win is the current vice chairman of the State Administration Council, deputy commander-in-chief of the Tatmadaw and commander-in-chief of the Myanmar Army. He is also a member of Myanmar's National Defence and Security Council. In May 2012, former president of Myanmar Thein Sein appointed him to the working committee of the government team responsible for negotiating with Myanmar's many armed ethnic rebel groups. Holly Audrey Williams is an American singer-songwriter. She is the granddaughter of Hank Williams, the niece of Jett Williams, daughter of Hank Williams Jr. and half-sister of Hank Williams III. Williams has released three studio albums: The Ones We Never Knew in 2004, Here with Me in 2009 and The Highway in 2013. The Highway was released on Williams' own label, Georgiana Records, and reached No. 146 on the Billboard 200.

Joan Ann Hackett was an American actress of film, stage and television. She was nominated for the BAFTA Award for Best Foreign Actress for the 1966 film The Group, and starred in the 1967 western Will Penny. She was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress and won the Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actress for the 1981 film Only When I Laugh. She also starred as Christine Mannon in the 1978 PBS miniseries version of Mourning Becomes Electra.

Herbert James "Burt" Munro was a New Zealand motorcycle racer, famous for setting an under-1,000 cc world record, at Bonneville, 26 August 1967. This record still stands; Munro was 68 and was riding a 47-year-old machine when he set his last record.

Cheah Liek Hou is a Malaysian para-badminton player. He is an 11-time winner of the BWF Para-Badminton World Championships. He won the gold medal in the men singles SU5 event of the 2020 Summer Paralympics, making him the first Malaysian athlete to win a medal in para-badminton. He is also the first-ever Paralympic champion in para-badminton.
