Saleh Mohammad Al-Mulla was elected two times to the National Assembly of Kuwait in 2008 and 2009 after snap elections, representing the third district, and generally affiliates with the liberal deputies. Born in 1971, Al-Mulla studied Business at Kuwait University and received a M.A in Political Science from Harvard University and he was previously a diplomat representing Kuwait in the ministry of foreign affairs. He has two sons, Mohammad Saleh AlMulla and Khaled Saleh AlMulla. Saleh AlMulla was the youngest head of parliament of Kuwait at the time of his appointment. In 2015, he was arrested and accused of insulting the Emir of Kuwait and President of Egypt on his Twitter account.

Gene Shay was an American radio personality. Shay was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to a Jewish family and was a representative of the city's folk music scene. He produced weekly folk radio shows since 1962. A founder of the annual Philadelphia Folk Festival and its emcee since its inception, he has been called the "Dean of American folk DJs" by The Philadelphia Daily News and "The Grandfather of Philadelphia Folk Music" by The Philadelphia Inquirer. Shay also served as a host for the online "Folk Alley" stream originating at Kent State University station WKSU and carried on WXPN's website.

Red Riding Hood is a 2011 American romance horror film directed by Catherine Hardwicke, and produced by Leonardo DiCaprio, from a screenplay by David Leslie Johnson. The film is very loosely based on the folk tale Little Red Riding Hood collected by both Charles Perrault under the name Le Petit Chaperon Rouge and several decades later by the Brothers Grimm as Rotkäppchen. It stars Amanda Seyfried as the title role, with Gary Oldman, Billy Burke, Shiloh Fernandez, Max Irons, Virginia Madsen, Lukas Haas and Julie Christie in supporting roles.

Irina Petrovna Beletskaya is a professor of chemistry at Moscow State University. She specialises in organometallic chemistry and its application to problems in organic chemistry. She is best known for her studies on aromatic reaction mechanisms, as well as work on carbanion acidity and reactivity. She developed some of the first methods for carbon-carbon bond formation using palladium or nickel catalysts, and extended these reactions to work in aqueous media. She also helped to open up the chemistry of organolanthanides.
