Lesya Kalytovska
Lesya Mykhailivna Kalytovska is a Ukrainian professional racing cyclist. At the 2008 Summer Olympics, she competed in the women's points race, and the women's individual pursuit, winning a bronze medal in the later. At the 2012 Summer Olympics, she competed in the Women's team pursuit for the national team.
Mykhailo Sabryha
Mykhailo Sabryha, C.Ss.R. was a Ukrainian Greek Catholic hierarch. He was clandestine auxiliary bishop of the Ukrainian Catholic Archeparchy of Lviv from 1986 to 1993 and the first eparchial bishop of the new created Ukrainian Catholic Eparchy of Ternopil–Zboriv from 1993 until his death in 2006.
Alicja Grześkowiak
Alicja Grześkowiak is a Polish politician who served as Marshal of the Senate of Poland from 21 October 1997 to 18 October 2001. She graduated with a law degree from the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń in 1971, and followed that up with an internship at the University of Rome. In 1990, she became a professor at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin. The following year she returned to Nicolaus Copernicus University as a professor, and also stayed on at the Catholic University, teaching in their law department until 2010.
Leopold Socha
Leopold "Poldek" Socha was a Polish sewage inspector in the city of Lwów. During the World War II, Socha used his knowledge of the city's sewage system to shelter a group of Jews from Nazi persecution and their supporters of different nationalities. In 1978 he was recognized by the State of Israel as Righteous Among the Nations.
