Vasudevan Peethambharan, known professionally as P. Vasu, is an Indian director, writer and actor who works in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi and Malayalam films. In a career spanning three decades, Vasu has directed over 65 films.

George Panikulam is a bishop of the Syro-Malabar Catholic Church who spent his career in the diplomatic service of the Holy See. He was given the title of nuncio in 1999 and consecrated a bishop in 2000. He retired in 2017.

Kuruppasserry Varkey Thomas, commonly known as K. V. Thomas, is an Indian politician from Kumbalangi in Ernakulam district, Kerala, India. He represented Ernakulam Constituency from 2009 to 2019. He was the Minister of State in the Ministry of Agriculture and Minister of State in the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, 2nd UPA Government; a member of the Indian Parliament; and a member of All India Congress Committee.

Gopalasamudram Narayanan Ramachandran, or G.N. Ramachandran, FRS was an Indian physicist who was known for his work that led to his creation of the Ramachandran plot for understanding peptide structure. He was the first to propose a triple-helical model for the structure of collagen. He subsequently went on to make other major contributions in biology and physics.

George Kocherry is an Indian prelate of the Catholic Church who has worked in the diplomatic service of the Holy See since 1978, as an archbishop and nuncio since 2000. He has been the Apostolic Nuncio to Bangladesh since 2013.

George Thomas is a former badminton player from Kerala, India. He won the National Singles title in 1990 and the doubles title with Jaseel P. Ismail in 1992. He was a member of the Indian team that won a silver medal in the 1998 Commonwealth Games. He was conferred with the Arjuna Award in 2002 for his contribution to Indian Badminton. He is at present working for Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited and is posted at Kochi.

Mar Joseph Parecattil was an Indian prelate of the Syro-Malabar Catholic Church. He served as Archbishop of Ernakulam from 1956 to 1984, and was elevated to the cardinalate in 1969.
