Randy Edelman is an American musician, producer, and composer for film and television. He began his career as a member of Broadway's pit orchestras, and later went on to produce solo albums for songs that were picked up by leading music performers including The Carpenters, Barry Manilow, and Dionne Warwick. He is known for his work in comedy films. He has been awarded many prestigious awards, including two nominations for a Golden Globe Award, a BAFTA Award, and twelve BMI Awards. Edelman was given an honorary doctorate in fine arts by the University of Cincinnati in 2004.

Hettie Jones is an American poet. She has written twenty-three books that include a memoir of the Beat Generation, three volumes of poetry, and publications for children and young adults, including The Trees Stand Shining and Big Star Fallin' Mama: Five Women in Black Music.

Tinna Gunnlaugsdóttir is an Icelandic actress. She has appeared in twelve films since 1981. She starred in As in Heaven, which was screened out of competition at the 1992 Cannes Film Festival. She is the sister of director Hrafn Gunnlaugsson. Her husband is the singer, actor and composer Egill Ólafsson. She was the Artistic Director of the National Theatre of Iceland from 2005 to 2015.
