René Le Grevès was a French professional road bicycle racer. As an amateur cyclist, he won the silver medal at the 1932 Summer Olympics in the team pursuit. In 1933 Le Grevès became professional, and between 1933 and 1939, he won sixteen stages in the Tour de France.

Kellie Wells-Brinkley is an American track and field athlete who specialises in the 100 metres hurdles. She won an Olympic bronze medal at the London 2012, setting a personal best in the process. She is an alumna of Hampton University.

Nikolay Serafimovich Bazhukov is a Soviet/Russian cross-country skier who competed from 1976 to 1980. He won the 15 km gold and the 4 × 10 km relay bronze at the 1976 Winter Olympics in Innsbruck, then followed it with a 4 × 10 km relay gold at the 1980 Winter Olympics in Lake Placid, New York. Bazhukov trained at the Armed Forces sports society.

Mikhaylo Khalilov is Ukrainian professional road racing cyclist. He competed in the men's individual road race at the 1996 Summer Olympics.
