Kow Otani is a Japanese music composer. He is best known for creating the soundtracks for the Heisei Gamera trilogy, Godzilla, Mothra and King Ghidorah: Giant Monsters All-Out Attack, Mobile Suit Gundam Wing, and Shadow of the Colossus.

Kazuki Akane is a Japanese director of Japanese animation. Until the early 2000s, he was a staff member of the anime studio Sunrise, where he collaborated with Shoji Kawamori to direct his most famous work, The Vision of Escaflowne. Since that time, he worked extensively with Satelight before going freelance once more to direct the Birdy the Mighty TV series, among other projects.

Takako Ida is a former Japanese badminton player. Born in Saitama Prefecture, Ida graduated from Saitama High School. She was part of the national women's team that competed at the 1994 and 1998 Asian Games, winning the bronze medals in both events, and also participated at the 1994, 1996 and 1998 Uber Cups. She won the women's singles title at the National Championships tournament in 1996 and 1997. Ida also competed at the 1997 East Asian Games in Busan, South Korea, clinched the women's singles silver and the women's team bronze medals. Ida who was affiliated with Sanyo Electric, took part at the Sydney 2000 Olympics in the women's singles event.

Koya Kazama is a Japanese football player who plays for JEF United Chiba.

Kazuo Matsuda is a Japanese ice hockey player. He competed in the men's tournament at the 1968 Winter Olympics.

Kunihiko Tanaka is a Japanese manga artist and character designer. He designed the characters for Xenogears, Xenosaga Episode I: Der Wille zur Macht and Xenoblade Chronicles X, as well as character concept design for the anime Key the Metal Idol. He wrote the manga for Ruin Explorers which was made into an OVA in 1995.

Kurosegawa Kuniyuki is a former sumo wrestler from Higashimurayama, Tokyo, Japan. He made his professional debut in January 1966, and reached the top division in May 1978. His highest rank was komusubi. He retired in May 1984 and became an elder in the Japan Sumo Association under the name Kiriyama. In 1995 he branched out from Isegahama stable and established his own Kiriyama stable, which shut down in 2011. He reached the mandatory retirement age of 65 in May 2016, but was re-hired by the Sumo Association for five years as a consultant. In September 2016 he was re-appointed as a judge of tournament bouts, following the demotion of Kasugayama. He left the Sumo Association upon turning 70 in May 2021.
