Giovanni de' Medici, in full Giovanni di Pierfrancesco de' Medici, later known as il Popolano was an Italian nobleman of the Medici House of Florence. He was the son of Pierfrancesco di Lorenzo de' Medici, and therefore a member of a secondary branch of the family.

Angelo Rizzoli (1943–2013) was an Italian film producer and publisher. He was son of Andrea Rizzoli, president of the RCS MediaGroup publishing house, and grandson of Angelo Rizzoli who founded the Italian publishing group Rizzoli Libri, later becoming RCS MediaGroup.
