Rangaswamy Srinivasan is a physical chemist and inventor with a 30-year career at IBM Research. He has developed techniques for ablative photodecomposition and used them to contribute to the development of LASIK eye surgery. He received the National Medal of Technology from President Obama on February 2, 2013 for his contributions to laser eye surgery.

Dona Ganguly is an Indian Odissi dancer. She took her dancing lessons from guru Kelucharan Mohapatra. She has a dance troupe Diksha Manjari. In 1997 she eloped with and married her childhood friend and later Indian cricketer and skipper Sourav Ganguly, 39th president of Board of Control for Cricket in India. The couple has a daughter named Sana.

Jean Paul Lal, better known by his stage name Lal Jr., is an Indian film director who mainly works in the Malayalam film industry. He is the son of actor-director Lal. His debut movie was Honey Bee starring Asif Ali which was a blockbuster.

Bhama Srinivasan is a mathematician known for her work in the representation theory of finite groups. Her contributions were honored with the 1990 Noether Lecture. She served as President of the Association for Women in Mathematics from 1981 to 1983. She earned her Ph.D. in physics in 1959 with her dissertation Problems on Modular Representations of Finite Groups under J. A. Green at the University of Manchester. She currently is a professor at the University of Illinois at Chicago. She has had five doctoral students. She has co-authored a number of papers with Paul Fong in modular representation theory and Deligne–Lusztig theory.

Rithvik also featured in 2018 Hindi erotic drama XXX, for the video on demand platform ALTBalaji.

Kovai Sarala is an Indian actress and comedian, who prominently plays supporting roles in Tamil and Telugu films. She has won the Tamil Nadu State Film Award for Best Comedian three times, for her performances in Sathi Leelavathi (1995), Poovellam Un Vasam (2001) and Uliyin Osai (2008). She has also won the two Nandi Awards for Best Female Comedian, three Tamil Nadu State Film Award for Best Comedian and the Vijay Award for Best Comedian for her performance in Kanchana (2011). She is now part of Kamal Haasan's Makkal Needhi Maiam Party.
