Lysander
Lysander was a Spartan admiral who commanded the Spartan fleet in the Hellespont which defeated the Athenians at Aegospotami in 405 BC. The following year, he was able to force the Athenians to capitulate, bringing the Peloponnesian War to an end. He then played a key role in Sparta's domination of Greece for the next decade until his death at the Battle of Haliartus.
Djemal Pasha
Ahmed Djemal Pasha, commonly known as Jamal Basha as-Saffah or Jamal Pasha the Bloodthirsty in the Arab world, was an Ottoman military leader and one-third of the military triumvirate known as the Three Pashas that ruled the Ottoman Empire during World War I and carried out the Armenian Genocide. Djemal was Minister of the Navy.

Angélique Ionatos
Angélique Ionatos in a Greek-born singer, guitarist and composer. Much of her focus is on setting classical and modern Greek texts. She has lived as member of the Greek diaspora in France since 1981 or earlier, having originally left Greece, in order to be reunited with her family, as a fifteen-year-old in 1969. Her family's emigration the previous year had come in the context of the widespread political persecution that followed the Coup d'état of 21 April 1967, which had seen a far-right military junta take power in Athens. Between 1969 and 1981 she grew up with her parents and elder brother in Liege.

Vassilis Spanoulis
Vassilis "Billy" Spanoulis is a Greek professional basketball player for Olympiacos of the EuroLeague. A 6 ft 4 in (193 cm) tall combo guard, he is nicknamed Kill Bill, V-Span, and MVP. Spanoulis was named the Balkan Athlete of the Year in 2009, the All-Europe Player of the Year in 2012 and 2013, the Vatican's World Athlete of the Year in 2013 and the EuroLeague MVP the same year. He has earned a record eight All-EuroLeague Team selections. He was also voted the EuroLeague's 2010–2020 Player of the Decade. He is also the EuroLeague's all-time career leader in total points scored.
Mustafa Ertuğrul Aker
Mustafa Ertuğrul (1892–1961), Mustafa Ertuğrul Aker since the Surname Law of 1934 in Turkey, was a Turkish career officer. He was an officer of the Ottoman Army during World War I and of the Turkish Army in the early stages of the Turkish War of Independence.
