Antje Möldner-Schmidt is a retired German track and field athlete who specialised in middle distance running and the 3000 metres steeplechase.

Dirk Meier is a retired East German cyclist. He had his best achievements in the 4000 m team pursuit, winning silver medals at the world championships of 1986 and 1987 and at the 1988 Summer Olympics.

He studied jurisprudence in Tübingen and Berlin from 1960 till 1965.He served as member of the Landtag of Baden-Württemberg from 1976 to 2006 and was the Minister of the Interior of Baden-Württemberg from 1992 to 1996.
