Susen Tiedtke is a German former long jumper, who took part in two editions of the Summer Olympics and won a silver and a bronze medal at the IAAF World Indoor Championships in Athletics in 1993 and 1995 respectively.

Erik Zabel is a German former professional road bicycle racer who last raced with Milram. With 152 professional wins and 211 wins in his career, he is considered by some to be one of the greatest German cyclists and cycling sprinters of all-time. Zabel won a record nine points classifications in grands tours including the points classification in the Tour de France six consecutive years between 1996 and 2001 and the points classification in the Vuelta a España in 2002, 2003 and 2004. Zabel won the Milan–San Remo four times and numerous six-day track events. He was one of the few road cyclists of recent times who raced all year, including track cycling in winter. For season 2012 he joined Team Katusha as sprint coach. He previously held that same position with the HTC–Highroad team until their dissolution. Zabel admitted to doping from 1996 to 2004. He is the father of cyclist Rick Zabel.

Billy Six is a German journalist, documentarian and author. He began his journalist career in local newspapers. In 2011 Six started working as war reporter for German newspaper Junge Freiheit in Egypt. Since then he has covered most conflict ridden parts of the world such as Libya, Syria, Lebanon, and Ukraine. While working for Junge Freiheit, he was arrested in Syria by the Syrian army in December 2012. His release was announced by Syrian Deputy Foreign Minister Fayssal Mikdad and Ambassador of Russia in Damascus in a press conference at March 2013.

Christine Errath is a German former figure skater who represented East Germany in competition. She is the 1976 Olympic bronze medalist, the 1974 World champion, and a three-time European champion.

Pardis Fardjad-Azad is an East German football second striker of Azerbaijani descent, and of Iranian background, who plays for Viktoria Berlin.

Betty Heidler is a retired German track and field athlete who competed in the hammer throw. She held the world record from 2011 until 2014 with her personal best throw of 79.42 m. She is the 2012 Olympic silver medallist, the 2007 World champion and the 2009 and 2011 World Championship silver medallist. She also finished fourth in the Olympic finals in 2004 and 2016.

René Steinke, is a German actor, best known in Alarm für Cobra 11 – Die Autobahnpolizei as Kriminalhauptkommissar Tom Kranich. He appeared in the role from 1999 – 2002 and 2004 – 07. He was paired with Erdoğan Atalay, who played Semir Gerkhan.
