Joscelin of Courtenay, Prince of Galilee and Lord of Turbessel (1115–1131) and Count of Edessa (1119–1131), ruled over the County of Edessa during its zenith, from 1118 to 1131. He maintained the large and unstable borders through his martial prowess.

Marie Anne de Bourbon was the daughter of Henri Jules, Prince of Condé, and Anne Henriette of Bavaria. As a member of the reigning House of Bourbon, she was a Princesse du Sang. She was the duchesse de Vendôme by marriage. She was also the Duchess of Étampes in her own right.

Julien Bonnaire is a former French rugby union footballer, who played for CS Bourgoin-Jallieu in the Top 14 competition in France until the 2006–2007 season. He moved to ASM Clermont Auvergne during the summer of 2007. Bonnaire retired from International rugby after the 2012 Six Nations. However, he continued to play for club side, ASM Clermont Auvergne. Capping a decade of success between 2007 and 2017, before retiring and moving into coaching. He was most recently an assistant for France specialising in lineouts.

François d'Orléans, prince de Joinville was the third son of Louis Philippe, king of the French, and his wife Maria Amalia of Naples and Sicily. An admiral of the French Navy, François was famous for bringing the remains of Napoleon from Saint Helena to France, as well as a talented artist, with 35 known watercolours. He married Princess Francisca of Brazil, daughter of emperor Pedro I and sister of emperor Pedro II. The dowry received by François upon the marriage became the Brazilian city of Joinville.

Henrietta Maria was Queen of England, Scotland, and Ireland as the wife of Charles I. She was mother of his two immediate successors, Charles II and James II and VII. Contemporaneously, by a decree of her husband, she was known in England as Queen Mary, but she did not like this name and signed her letters "Henriette R".
