Aleksandr Moiseyevich Volodin, born Lifschitz, was a Soviet and Russian playwright, screenwriter and poet. His first play was The Factory Girl (1956). His most famous plays were Five Evenings, My Elder Sister and some others. In addition, he created the script for the film Autumn Marathon (1979) by director Georgy Daneliya.

Sidiki Diabaté is a Malian kora player, musician and music producer born in 1992 in Bamako, Mali. He is the son of renowned kora player Toumani Diabaté and grandson of Sidiki Diabaté. Diabaté belongs to the 77th generation of musicians in a long family tradition of griots, his family being primarily kora players. His grandfather Sidiki Diabaté recorded the first ever kora album in 1970. His father's cousin Sona Jobarteh is the first female kora player to come from a Griot family. His uncle Mamadou Sidiki Diabaté is also a prominent kora player.

Princess Maria Gabriella of Savoy is the middle daughter of Italy's last king, Umberto II, and Marie José of Belgium, the "May Queen", and a sister of a pretender to their father's throne, Vittorio Emanuele, Prince of Naples. She is an historical writer.

Annette Kolb was the working name of German author and pacifist Anna Mathilde Kolb. She became active in pacifist causes during World War I and this caused her political difficulties from then on. She left Germany in the 1920s and her works were banned during the Third Reich. She wrote novels on high society and in later life wrote nonfiction about musicians. In 1955 she won the Goethe Prize.
