José Alexander Siri is a Dominican professional baseball outfielder for the Houston Astros of Major League Baseball (MLB). Siri signed with the Cincinnati Reds as an international free agent in 2012. He made his MLB debut in September 2021.

José Antonio Bautista Santos, nicknamed Joey Bats, is a Dominican former professional baseball right fielder and third baseman. He has played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Baltimore Orioles, Tampa Bay Devil Rays, Kansas City Royals, Pittsburgh Pirates, Toronto Blue Jays, Atlanta Braves, New York Mets, and Philadelphia Phillies.

Samuel Peralta Sosa is a Dominican American former professional baseball right fielder of Haitian descent. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for 19 seasons, primarily with the Chicago Cubs. After playing for the Texas Rangers and Chicago White Sox, Sosa joined the Cubs in 1992 and became regarded as one of the game's best hitters. Miguel Rayderley Zapata Santana is a Spanish male artistic gymnast of Dominican Republic origin, and a member of the national team. He won the gold medal in the men's floor exercise at the 2015 European Games, and bronze at the 2015 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships in Glasgow. Zapata was also selected to compete for the Spanish squad at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, missing out of the final by almost two tenths of a point from the qualifying phase of his signature apparatus exercise. Zapata won a silver medal for Spain in the artistic gymnastics competition at the 2020 Tokyo Summer Olympics.

Johnny Cueto Ortiz is a Dominican professional baseball pitcher for the San Francisco Giants of Major League Baseball (MLB). Cueto signed in 2004 as an undrafted amateur free agent. He previously played for the Cincinnati Reds from 2008 through 2015, and the Kansas City Royals in 2015. He was traded by the Reds to the Royals during the 2015 season, and helped the Royals win the World Series.
