John Benjamin Murphy, born John Murphy was an American physician and abdominal surgeon noted for advocating early surgical intervention in appendicitis appendectomy, and several eponyms: Murphy’s button, Murphy drip, Murphy’s punch, Murphy’s test, and Murphy-Lane bone skid. He is best remembered for the eponymous clinical sign that is used in evaluating patients with acute cholecystitis. His career spanned general surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, and cardiothoracic surgery, which helped him to gain international prominence in the surgical profession. Mayo Clinic co-founder William James Mayo called him "the surgical genius of our generation".

Greg Lansky is a French entrepreneur and investor based in the United States. He has directed and produced a number of adult films described as art. Lansky was a founder of Vixen Media Group in 2014, one of the largest companies in the adult entertainment business, and was its chief executive officer until January 2020 when he sold his full stake in the business. Carlos Domingos Gomes Júnior is a Bissau-Guinean politician who was Prime Minister of Guinea-Bissau from 10 May 2004 to 2 November 2005, and again from 25 December 2008 to 10 February 2012. He has been the President of the African Party for the Independence of Guinea and Cape Verde (PAIGC) since 2002 and is widely known as "Cadogo". He resigned as prime minister on 10 February 2012 to run in the presidential election triggered by President Malam Bacai Sanhá's death on 9 January.

Florian Pronold is a German lawyer and politician of the SPD who has been serving as member of the German Bundestag since 2002. From 11 July 2009 to 20 May 2017, he was state chairman of the SPD Bavaria. Since 17 December 2013, Pronold has been Parliamentary State Secretary in the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety in the government of Chancellor Angela Merkel.
