A longtime Met, Seaver played a significant role in their victory in the 1969 World Series over the Baltimore Orioles.

Joseph Paul DiMaggio, nicknamed "Joltin' Joe" and "The Yankee Clipper", was an American baseball center fielder who played his entire 13-year career in Major League Baseball for the New York Yankees. Kellen Boswell Winslow II is an American former professional football player and convicted serial sex offender. He was a tight end in the National Football League (NFL) and played college football at the University of Miami, where he earned unanimous All-American honors, was recognized as the top college tight end and won the 2001 BCS national championship. Winslow was drafted by the Cleveland Browns with the sixth overall pick in the 2004 NFL Draft. Winslow played four seasons for the Browns and was named to the Pro Bowl in 2007. He also played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, New England Patriots and New York Jets.
