Frank Henkel is a German politician. He is a member of the CDU party. Since 1 December 2011 he is a Mayor and Senator of the Interior and Sports of the German state of Berlin. From 2008 he was the opposition leader in the Abgeordnetenhaus, the state parliament of Berlin, in which he has been an MP since 31 October 2001. In 2011 he led the CDU back into the government as the junior partner in an SPD-led coalition.

Eloy Velasco is a Spanish High Court Judge, known for being responsible to determine whether or not six former Bush officials should face criminal charges in Spain. He is also known for having accepted the judicial demand against the former Salvadoran president Alfredo Cristiani and other 14 Salvadoran members of the military, for the 1989 murders of Jesuits in El Salvador.

She served as the Chairperson of the Senate Health and Social Welfare Committee on Gender, Women and Children.
