Nicole Duclos is a French former track and field athlete who competed in the 400 metres. She broke the world record for the event in 1969, running 51.77 seconds to become European champion in 1969. She also shared in a world record in the 4×400 metres relay. She represented France at the 1972 Summer Olympics and was a three-time national champion.

Junko Akimoto is a Japanese kayōkyoku singer. She also sings jazz, chanson, canzone, and min'yō. She made her debut in 2005. She attended the 59th NHK Kōhaku Uta Gassen. Her song "Ai no Mama de" reached number-one on the Japan's Oricon charts in January 2009. By this, she became the eldest singer to reach the number-one position on single charts in Oricon history. The single was on the charts for 64 weeks and sold 568,334 copies during that time.
