Guy Decomble (1910–1964) was a French film and television actor. A character actor he played in a number of supporting parts in postwar cinema. One of his better known roles is as the teacher in The 400 Blows by François Truffaut.

Ennio Morlotti was an Italian painter of the Corrente de Vita movement started in Milan as a counterpoint to nationalistic Futurism and the Novecento Italiano movements. His figures show an affinity to the geometry of Cezanne and Matisse, but later works introduce elements of abstraction.

Willi Oberbeck was a German professional road bicycle racer. In 1938, Oberbeck won the first stage of the Tour de France, and was therefore leading the general classification for one day. He was born in Hagen.

Fergus McDonell was an English film editor and director. He was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Film Editing for Odd Man Out (1947).

Thomas Henry Kuchel was a moderate Republican US Senator from California. From 1959 to 1969, he was the minority whip in the Senate, where he was the co-manager on the floor for the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Voting Rights Act of 1965. Kuchel voted in favor of the Civil Rights Acts of 1957, 1960, and 1964, as well as the 24th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, the Voting Rights Act of 1965, and the confirmation of Thurgood Marshall to the U.S. Supreme Court, while Kuchel did not vote on the Civil Rights Act of 1968.

Robert A. Mattey was an American special effects artist who was nominated at the 34th Academy Awards for the film The Absent-Minded Professor. His nomination was shared with Eustace Lycett.
