Blanca Isabel Rodríguez González is a Uruguayan journalist, writer, and literature teacher. She is the host of Subrayado, the main newscast of Canal 10. She is the only woman host of a flagship news program in Uruguay, and has directed several journalistic series interviewing prominent national and international figures. She has received the Woman of the Year award on several occasions in recognition of her journalistic work.

John Stalker was a British police officer who served as Deputy Chief Constable of Greater Manchester Police. He headed the Stalker Inquiry that investigated the shooting of suspected members of the Provisional Irish Republican Army in 1982. He also had a television and literary career.

Sophie Amalie of Brunswick-Calenberg was Queen of Denmark and Norway as the consort of the King Frederick III of Denmark. She is known for her political influence, as well as for her cultural impact: she acted as the adviser of her husband, and introduced ballet and opera to Denmark.

Lutz Reinstrom is a German murderer known as The Acid Killer. He has been in custody since 17 September 1991 and was sentenced on 22 May 1996 by the Hamburg Regional Court for the murder of two women, attempted robbery coinciding with deprivation of liberty and extortionate robbery to life imprisonment followed by preventative detention. He is serving his sentence in a high-security Hamburg prison.

Emperor Shizong of Jin, personal name Wulu, sinicised name Wanyan Yong, was the fifth emperor of the Jurchen-led Jin dynasty, which ruled northern China between the 12th and 13th centuries. Ruling from 1161 to 1189 under the regnal name "Dading", Emperor Shizong's reign was the longest and most stable among the Jin dynasty emperors.

Wallace Fitzgerald Beery was an American film and stage actor. He is best known for his portrayal of Bill in Min and Bill (1930) opposite Marie Dressler, as Long John Silver in Treasure Island (1934), as Pancho Villa in Viva Villa! (1934), and his titular role in The Champ (1931), for which he won the Academy Award for Best Actor. Beery appeared in some 250 films during a 36-year career. His contract with Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer stipulated in 1932 that he would be paid $1 more than any other contract player at the studio. This made Beery the highest-paid film actor in the world during the early 1930s. He was the brother of actor Noah Beery Sr. and uncle of actor Noah Beery Jr.
