Klaus Peter Möller was a German politician. A member of the Christian Democratic Union of Germany, he served in the Landtag of Hesse from 1977 to 2003 and was its president from 1988 to 1991 and again from 1995 to 2003. He died on 20 January 2022, at the age of 84.

Richard “Dick” DeBenedictis is an American composer noted for composing music for television shows including Perry Mason and its movies from 1985 until 1993, Police Story, Columbo, Father Dowling Mysteries, The Rockford Files, Hawaii Five-O, Phyllis, and Matlock, and its spin offs Jake and the Fatman, and Diagnosis: Murder. He is also known for his production music, which has been used in shows, commercials, video games and films.

Carl Richard Hagen is a professor of particle physics at the University of Rochester. He is most noted for his contributions to the Standard Model and Symmetry breaking as well as the 1964 co-discovery of the Higgs mechanism and Higgs boson with Gerald Guralnik and Tom Kibble (GHK). As part of Physical Review Letters 50th anniversary celebration, the journal recognized this discovery as one of the milestone papers in PRL history. While widely considered to have authored the most complete of the early papers on the Higgs theory, GHK were controversially not included in the 2013 Nobel Prize in Physics.
