Troy Carter
Troy Anthony Carter is an American politician serving as a member of the Louisiana State Senate for the 7th district. A member of the Democratic Party, Carter previously served on the New Orleans City Council and as a member of the Louisiana House of Representatives. On April 24, 2021, Carter became the U.S. Representative-elect for Louisiana's 2nd congressional district.
