Richard Baer was a German SS officer who, among other assignments, was the commandant of Auschwitz I concentration camp from May 1944 to February 1945, and right after, from February to April 1945, commandant of Mittelbau-Dora concentration camp. Following the war, Baer lived under an assumed name to avoid prosecution but was recognized and arrested in December 1960. He died in detention before he could stand trial.

Jirō Shiizaki was a lieutenant colonel in the Imperial Japanese Army in World War II. He served as a member of the staff of the domestic affairs section of the Military Affairs Bureau's War Affairs Section. Shiizaki was one of several members of that staff to participate in a coup in the early morning of August 15, 1945, the day the Emperor would declare Japan's surrender.

Warren David Blosjo Jr. known professionally as Warren Kole, is an American actor known for his role as LAPD Detective Wes Mitchell on the USA Network original series Common Law. He also played Roderick on the FOX original series The Following in its first season, and starred as FBI Agent Robert Stahl in the NBC crime drama Shades of Blue. He also portrayed Rafe Adler in the video game Uncharted 4: A Thief's End.
