Bhanu Athaiya was an Indian costume designer. She worked on over 100 films, with Indian filmmakers such as Guru Dutt, Yash Chopra, B.R. Chopra, Raj Kapoor, Vijay Anand, Raj Khosla, and Ashutosh Gowariker; and international directors such Conrad Rooks and Richard Attenborough. She was the first Indian to win an Academy Award, winning one for costume design for Gandhi in 1982.

Adolfo Bautista Herrera is a retired Mexican footballer who played as a forward. Nicknamed Bofo, Bautista is remembered for his technique and acrobatic moves, as well as for his extravagant style; especially his colorful hairstyles and unusual squad numbers. He played for a variety of teams, most notably for C.D. Guadalajara, as well as for the Mexico national football team. Bofo also appeared in the 2010 Fifa World Cup representing the Mexico national team.

Christy Smith is an American politician who served as the California State Assemblywoman for the 38th district from 2018 until 2020. A member of the Democratic Party, Smith ran two unsuccessful campaigns for California's 25th congressional district, losing to Republican Mike Garcia. Smith is again seeking the Democratic nomination for the district in 2022.

Paulo Roberto Barros Braga is a Brazilian carnavalesco, or carnival planner. He is two-time winner of the samba school title at the Rio Carnival, and has also trained circus artists and army soldiers as performers. He has been compared to Fernando Pinto (pt) and Arlindo Rodrigues.

Paul David Heaton is an English singer-songwriter. He was the frontman of the Housemartins, who had success with the singles "Happy Hour" and the UK number one "Caravan of Love" in 1986 before disbanding in 1988. He then formed the Beautiful South, whose debut single and album were released in 1989 to commercial success. They had a series of hits throughout the 1990s, including the number-one single "A Little Time". They disbanded in 2007. He subsequently pursued a solo career, which produced three albums, and in 2014 he released What Have We Become?, a collaboration with former Beautiful South vocalist Jacqui Abbott. He recorded three more albums with her: Wisdom, Laughter and Lines in 2015, Crooked Calypso in 2017, and Manchester Calling in 2020.
