William Bradford was an American cinematographer. He was nominated for an Oscar for Best Special Effects on the film Women in War at the 13th Academy Awards. He worked on more than 100 films during his career.

William John Little (1810–1894) was an English surgeon who is credited with the first medical identification of spastic diplegia, when he observed it in the 1860s amongst children. While spasticity surely existed before that point, Little was the first person to medically record the condition in writing. Thus, for many years, spastic diplegia was known as Little's Disease; only later did the name change. Also, Little founded the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital of London.

William Clifford Newman was an American clergyman of the Roman Catholic Church. He served as an auxiliary bishop of the Archdiocese of Baltimore from 1984 to 2003.

William Frederick Witherington was an English painter and academic. Born in London, he entered the Royal Academy Schools in 1805. Except for one year he exhibited annually at the Royal Academy from 1811 until his death. He was elected A.R.A. on 1 November 1830 and R.A. on 10 February 1840. He retired as an academician on 28 May 1863.

William Edward Cousins was an American prelate of the Catholic Church. He served as Bishop of Peoria (1952-1958) and later Archbishop of Milwaukee (1958-1977).

William IV Talvas was William III, Count of Ponthieu and William IV. He was Count of Ponthieu, ruler of a small province in northern France that fell under the suzerainty of the dukes of Normandy since at least the mid 11th century. He was son and heir of John I, Count of Ponthieu by his third wife Beatrice de St Pol.
