Thomas Bartlett Whitaker
Thomas Bartlett "Bart" Whitaker is an American convicted of murdering two family members, under the Texas Law of Parties, who spent nearly 11 years on death row at the Polunsky Unit near Livingston, Texas. He was convicted for the December 10, 2003, murders of his mother and brother by gunman Chris Brashear and sentenced to death in March 2007. On February 22, 2018, 45 minutes before the scheduled execution at 6:00 pm, Whitaker had his death sentence commuted to life imprisonment without parole by Governor Greg Abbott, the first time Governor Abbott has done so. He currently resides in the McConnell Unit in Beeville, Texas, in solitary confinement.

Thomas Tyrell Rawls is a former American football running back. He was signed by the Seattle Seahawks as an undrafted free agent in 2015. He played college football at Michigan and Central Michigan. Rawls currently holds the Seahawks' record for the most single game rushing yards by a rookie running back (209) and the most rushing yards by an undrafted rookie in his first 6 games (711). He also holds the Seahawks' record for most yards in a postseason game (161), accomplished in the 2016 Wildcard Round game against the Detroit Lions.

Thomas Ludwig John D'Alesandro Jr. was an American politician who was a U.S. Representative from Maryland's 3rd congressional district (1939–1947) and subsequently 39th Mayor of Baltimore (1947–1959). Thomas was the father of Speaker of the United States House of Representatives Nancy Patricia Pelosi, the first female Speaker of the House; and Thomas D'Alesandro III, also a Mayor of Baltimore.
