Philippe Kahn is a mathematician, technology innovator, entrepreneur and founder of four technology companies: Fullpower Technologies, LightSurf Technologies, Starfish Software and Borland. Kahn is credited with creating the first camera phone, being a pioneer for wearable technology intellectual property, and is the author of dozens of technology patents covering Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI) modeling, wearable, eyewear, smartphone, mobile, imaging, wireless, synchronization and medical technologies.

Philippe Vigier is a French politician who has been serving as a member of the National Assembly of France since the 2007 elections, representing the Eure-et-Loir department. He is a member of the Union of Democrats and Independents. He was formerly a member of the New Centre and UDF. He is the mayor of Cloyes-sur-le-Loir, Eure-et-Loir.
